Roadies Rising : Was Karan Kundra thrown out of judge's chair for slapping a contestant? Truth Revealed

There has been pretty much rumours revolving around Karan Kundra these days. The young actor, who was judging a popular reality show on MTV, MTV Roadies Rising and the news have come up that he has been shown doors from the show because he allegedly slapped two contestants in the show. When we had a talk with Karan regarding this issue, he was fast enough to tell this was all rubbish. But hold on, here we reveal you exclusively what really had happened. 

 During one of the personal interview rounds ( auditions of Roadies Rising), Karan lost his cool and got agressive with two contestants and even slapped one who said he had slapped his sister.

Though reports have surfaced that he was shown door because of this slap gate incident, but the channel has said that its because of his prior commitments and the slap incident has nothing to do with Karan Kundra being replaced in the show. However, according to the sources Nikhil has stepped in the shoes of Karan due to clash in schedule and not because of any other issue. “Nikhil is being roped in to take Karan’s place on ‘Roadies Rising’ due to clash in schedules of the journey shoot and Karan’s other prior commitments,” sources close to the channel said.

“When Karan was on the off-site in Los Angeles with the team, he spoke about having to give the ‘Roadies’ journey a miss this year due to some other engagements that he had to honour,” the source added. Nikhil, who has judged some seasons of the adventure-reality show, will now join as one of the gang leader on “Roadies” which also features Rannvijay Singha, Neha Dhupia, Prince Narula and off-spinner Harbhajan Singh. It seems Harbhajan Singh will be present only for select episodes of the show.
